Terms & Conditions – Shakuntala Multiplex

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed advance payment.

• The full payment must be settled at least 7 days before the event/stay.

• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, rescheduling may be considered based on availability and management discretion.

2. Usage Policy

• The halls and guest rooms are to be used only for the purpose stated at the time of booking.

• Sub-letting or transferring the booking is strictly prohibited.

• The management reserves the right to deny access to any individual or group in case of misconduct, violation of rules, or illegal activity.

3. Timings & Overtime

• Standard usage hours for banquet and conference halls must be adhered to as per the booking schedule.

• Any additional usage beyond agreed-upon hours will incur overtime charges.

• Guests are expected to vacate guest rooms by the specified check-out time. Late check-out may attract extra charges.

4. Damage & Cleanliness

• Any damage caused to property, furniture, or fittings during the event or stay will be chargeable.

• The premises must be maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Littering and misuse of facilities are not permitted.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Guests must follow all safety and fire regulations during their stay or event.

• Loud music, fireworks, or any activity causing public disturbance is strictly prohibited, especially beyond permitted hours.

• The management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

6. Catering & Decoration

• Catering and decoration services provided must be from approved vendors or coordinated through Shakuntala Multiplex.

• External vendors may be allowed only with prior written approval and may be subject to additional service fees.

7. Accommodation Policy

• Guest house rooms are allotted as per availability and occupancy preference (2, 3, or 5 persons per room).

• Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests staying at the check-in.

• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol inside the rooms are strictly prohibited.

8. Force Majeure

• The management shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of bookings or use of services shall be subject to jurisdiction under the local courts where Shakuntala Multiplex is located.

10. Right to Modify

• Shakuntala Multiplex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The most recent version will always be applicable.
